Official Contest Rules

1.  ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  Open to legal residents of United States and Canada (except Quebec) who are eighteen (18) years of age or older and who are NATSN VIP Cardmembers. Employees of North American Truck Stop Network, Inc., or any of the participating truckstops, their parent companies, subsidiary companies, agencies or affiliates and members of their immediate families and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter. Void in Quebec and all other places where prohibited by State or local law.
2.  TO ENTER:  You are automatically entered in this contest each time you use your NATSN VIP Silver Card at a participating truckstop. You are automatically entered twice in the contest each time you use your NATSN Gold Card at a participating truckstop. You may also enter by hand printing your name, address and telephone number on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mailing in the envelope to: NATSN VIP "Instant Prize" Contest, P.O. Box 337, Sullivan, MO 63080. Enter as often as you like but each entry must be separately mailed. Mechanical reproductions will not be accepted as entries. The sponsors' will not be responsible for any mail delay or any computer errors or malfunctions.
3.  PRIZES:  At Random times during the contest month posted above, the computer will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries to award the prizes listed above. VIP Card Members will be notified of their winnings on their printed VIP Receipt. Mail in entry winners will be notified by mail or phone. The odds of winning will be determined by the number of entries received. If a Canadian resident wins, he or she will be required to first correctly answer a question requiring the use of mathematical skill in order to receive a prize. The $250.00 and $500.00 prizes will be mailed via check.
4.  GENERAL:  Taxes on all prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these rules and the decision by the Judges which are final and binding in all respects. Further entrants agree to release the sponsors from any and all liability arise out of their participation in the contest and acceptance of any prize. Each winner agrees to the use of his or her name and photograph or likeness for advertising or publicity purposes without compensation or permission (except where prohibited by law). Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail entries. No cash alternatives or prize substitution except at the sole discretion of sponsor.
5.  WINNERS LIST:  For a fist of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope specifying the contest month within sixty days of the contest month to NATSN VIP "Instant Prize" Contest, P.O. Box 337, Sullivan, MO 63080.
6.  EXCLUSION:  NATSN & Membership employees excluded from all prizes (excluding the $10.00 award certificates for each 2500 point level).
